Charlotte has a strong background of providing exceptional administrative and organisational support in a compliance orientated environment. Charlotte recruits, onboards and trains all new case managers. She oversees all case work, providing direction and guidance to the team to ensure all work is conducted within relevant timeframes and in line with compliance. She is commitment to continuous improvement and streamlining processes.

Outside of the office Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and jetting off to hot destinations.
